Who is the owner of the HandMadeinPoland.com online shop?
The HandMadeinPoland.com online shop is owned by the Company HMIP Piotr Brzeski, situated in Krasnik Dolny 42, 59 - 700 Boleslawiec. The company was established and registered in August 2002 in Boleslawiec under the registration number 4607/2011.
Are the HMIP shop prices gross prices?
The prices of all offered products on our site are in gross prices (contains the value added tax); they are expressed in Polish zlotys and are binding at the moment of placing an order by the customer.
The shop reserves the right by law to change the prices of the goods available in stock.
Are the products sold in the shop brand new and safe?
The seller declares that the products sold through HMIP are brand new, include a guarantee from the producer, and have sale approval required by the Polish law.
Are the products offered online currently available in stock?
The seller will make all efforts so that visible products offered on the online shop coincide with the warehouse inventories of the seller. In the case of stock being unavailable, the buyer will be informed about current stock availability through the website under the “availability” section.

How to make a transaction on the HMIP web site?
Place your order online via the online shop through the HMIP website, complete your order by filling in the form along the sides of the online shop.
While making orders, the buyer is obliged to give their correct personal details: their full name, the exact postal address, email address and contact phone number.
After the electronic confirmation through the website, the order is then confirmed by the seller via e-mail.
Czy mam prawo zwrócic lub reklamowac zakupiony towar?
Zgodnie z ustawa z 2 marca 2000r. o ochronie niektórych praw konsumentów, oraz o odpowiedzialnosci wyrzadzonej przez produkt niebezpieczny (DZ.U z 2000r. nr 22, poz. 271) kupujacy ma prawo odstapic od zawartej umowy sprzedazy w terminie 10 dni od daty dostarczenia towaru.
What should I do in order to return ordered goods, and how is this process handled?
In the case of returnable goods, the buyer is obliged to inform the seller of the intention of withdrawing from an agreement by e-mail to the HMIP address as soon as possible. Returned goods need to be unused and in the original purchase condition, and be returned with the original undamaged packaging along with the original sales receipt.
The buyer is responsible for the costs of the post and packaging to return the unwanted goods; it is the buyer ‘s responsibility to pack the returned product(s) properly, in order to prevent damage during shipment.
If the delivered goods are damaged or show evidence of being used, HMIP reserves the right to refuse to accept the returned product, or to reduce the amount refunded for the goods.
After receiving and accepting the goods, HMIP will refund the amount equal to the initial purchase price of the returned goods to the customer, a refund receipt will be posted to the customer’s postal address, the customer is then obliged to send back a signed duplicate receipt to the HMIP address to finalise the transaction.
In the case of withdrawing from a transaction agreement, the amount due to be refunded will be transferred to the bank account of the customer within 14 working days from the date of receiving the returned goods.
Payments
How do I pay on the HMIP site?
The following payment options exist for making a purchase transaction through the HMIP website:
- Transfer to the bank account of the seller – transferring money directly to the HMIP account: PL 98114020170000440207331988. Using this mode of payment, the buyer is incurring no extras. The transaction starts immediately after the recognition of the HMIP account.
- Payment by credit card or direct from a bank account via the system dotpay.
Delivery
What are the delivery times and who provides the service?
Please allow up to 3 working days (within Poland) and up to 10 working days (Europe) for the delivery of products to arrive ordered from HMIP. The delivery of goods is being carried out in cooperation with the courier company TNT. The HMIP Shop reserves the right by law to change the courier company at any time. The customer will be informed via email when the products to be delivered, have been collected by the courier company and are ready for shipment.
The whole cost of delivery of the goods is covered by the customer.
Co zrobic w przypadku otrzymania uszkodzonego towaru?
The buyer has the duty of checking the state of the product and its agreements with ordering, at the moment of delivery and in the presence of the courier. In the case of damaged goods the customer should in the presence of the courier, fill out the complaints protocol detailing a full description of the damage (the courier is obliged to have a copy of the protocol).
Damaged goods should be returned together with the sales receipt and returned to the courier. The seller covers transport costs in the case of damaged goods through shipment. Once the damaged goods have been returned to the HMIP warehouse, they will be exchanged to new, and the new parcel will then be sent out at the cost of the seller.
What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery charges are appropriately (subject to Poland):
- 0,5 kg – 21,90 zloty,
- 1 kg – 24 zlote,
- 3 kg – 25 zloty,
- 5 kg – 28 zloty,
- 10 kg – 31 zloty,
- 15 kg – 37 zloty,
- 20 kg – 42 zlote,
- 25 kg – 47 zloty,
- 30 kg – 52 zlote,
- For each additional kilogram +1,50 zl
Other information
Is the appearance of products in the HMIP shop accurate?
Regarding to the fact that products sold by HMIP are hand made, they may have small differences in their appearance, which is due to the uniqueness of their handmand character; these variances cannot be the object of complaint.
Are my personal details safe?
Personal details of the customer will be stored only for the purpose of effectively completing a placed order. The customer has the right to receive all the information regarding their own personal details stored by HMIP, and to change or remove their personal details from the system altogether.
